Oh, how cool! I don’t have many end of summer plans; this is the absolute busiest time of year for my work (vacation industry…oy, it gets tiring right about now!), so I barely have time for reading, blogging, and exercise, much less big plans! I will be going on vacation to Indiana and in and around Chicago this fall, though. :)

I totally understand, my husband and I wait until the fall to travel ourselves… It’s much better that way. I hope you get some rest!

  • Nikolina August 14, 2015, 12:21 am

I still wasn’t on vacation, so the summer is just about to start for me! :) :)

    • Jessica August 16, 2015, 11:40 am

Yeah, I feel like that’s us too. Summer is not my favorite time of year fall and early winter is our time to do things while everyone else is in school.

My vacation time starts in September, so it’s counting days for me. :) Road trip with friends and being lazy by the sea will be my number one priority. :)

  • Judy Cox August 15, 2015, 8:30 am

We usually go to our son’s house and see everyone before school starts so we can visit with the grandchildren. We will be leaving next week, can’t wait.

Got love grandbabies! I’m a little young for that yet. But I love having my nephews around. It’s been a great summer with them. I wish you safe travels on your trip.

The Willy Wonka gif totally reminded me that they are making a Super Troopers 2 and I am fangirling like crazy now! :D My summer plans were to go to South Carolina and such but Jury Duty ruined that at the last minute so I’m saving some money and spending my vacation time relaxing at home! :)

It was a cassette tape (child of the 80’s here) and it was either Tears for Fears or INXS- I can’t recall exactly.

Beth, You just made my life! I feel so old with all these youngn’ bloggers that didn’t have cassette tapes. LOL! I’m glad you know the 80/90’s struggle of dated technology was real.

My plans for the upcoming summer (it’s winter here XD) include doing some major shopping for clothes and uni supplies because I’ll soon be going abroad for my studies. My plan is also to make a summer TBR that I’ll actually stick to ^^

The summer is unfortunatey over, but I really enjoyed my vacance. At the end of the summer, I tried to spend my time wisely and being a lot outside and reading a good book.
