At thirty two, Kelli Bryant is ready to take on the world, and Chandler Media, as the new Marketing Director, but her plans are derailed when her promotion is given to none other than Ian Greyson, Kelli’s old college flame, her one true love and the one man she hoped to never see again. Between Kelli’s determination to remain on top and Ian’s strict new office policies, there’s no shortage of fireworks in the office. Their explosive relationship spills over into their personal lives as Kelli tries to keep Ian at arm’s length and Ian desperately tries to win her back (during off hours only, of course). Professional Boundaries is a clean romance filled with fun and humor. It is a story of two professionals who just can't keep it professional.

In an Oyster Shell –  A must read swoon-worthy, clean but sexy romance.

The Pearls – This book made my heart grow wings. It was so lovely! The storyline was great! Man makes a mistake, forsakes his love, then goes back to get her years later to win her back. I’m almost misty-eyed just trying to relate this to you. Ok don’t laugh but this book was super dreamy! It makes me giddy… can’t you tell?  Who doesn’t love a wayward true-love story? Sigh….

The main character of this book was an absolute doll. She was someone to be inspired by. She stayed true to her convictions, but was teachable. Those are attributes that I aspire to. I like that this character had Christian morals without feeling like the bible was being thumped on your head, or the teachings shoved down your throat. That’s a hard line to toe and Peel did it well.

The romance of this story is my favorite kind. I like strong men who take the lead but are humble enough to not overshadow their love. I like that Ian stood his ground. “Someday Kelli, Someday…” but let Kelli have an influence on how things went down. EEEk! I loved it!

The Sand –  I think I might have seen a typo or two. That absolute biggest bummer about this book is that it is not available in print that I can find!!!! Upon further research I think the author needs way more exposure than she has! She’s too good to stay hidden.

Regardless I give this book 5 Pearls

rating-5-pearls

True to my word for every 5 pearl I score, means a chance for you to get a copy too. If it’s good you gotta share. Unfortunately, there is no print copy to be had but I will send an e-book with a 15 amazon Gift Card so you can get the book of your choice. Enjoy!

Fun story with relatable characters. Professional Boundaries was the first book I read by Jennifer Peel, followed by Other Side of the Wall. Jennifer Peel is an amazing author with incredible talent. She has the ability to reach your heart and stir your emotions – found myself tearing up and giggling simultaneously on several occasions. The only issues I’ve encountered while reading her books is that I’ve neglected some housework and shortened my hours of sleep. Other than that, I’m simply delighted that I’ve discovered another amazing author.

I’m in process of reading all of her books right now. I am reading the girl in seat 24b. Oh my goodness. Peel is an amazing author! I kind of love her because only a woman with great talent and integrity can produce the stories that she does over and over again. I am happy to have found her myself.
